Legal courses will be provided by Cathal Leigh-Doyle who is particularly active in the offshore renewable market. His work involves (i) design and construction of offshore windfarms, (ii) CTV, SOV, OSV, heavylift, pipe laying vessel negotiations, construction, chartering and financing, (vi) contractual assistance as needed during the construction and operation of a windfarm (vi) contractor and subcontractor negotiations and contracting (vi) insolvency and dispute resolution.
